Truworths online

Hi I am very disappointed in Truworths Online service.. I have placed 2 orders and only received one order am waiting for 3weeks now only to find out that my other order was delivered at someone else's house and it is already credited to my account.. Please advise how to get my account refunded because I can't be expected to pay for something I did not received. Contact number 0822610253

card closed

they close a card but im not owing not even take long to pay so icant take things now cz they say my card is closed now.no credit
