I was at Truworths Elements to buy a Christmas gift for my husband and I was told that my account was closed and all my details were taken for a new account. I was told that it could be approved by next Tuesday. I called after Tuesday re the account just to be told that I need to go back to the store to complete a form for application. I do not live close to Clearwater mall. How frustrating, we need more Elements stores! A Grobler
