Poor quality

In november 2015 I went to truworths(Ellof str) JHB and bought a pair of black Ginger Mary jeans.I only wore them twice and wash them twice following the washing instructions on the label.The second time that I wore them, the jeans started to tear apart.Literally the jeans looks new but they are tearing.Unfortunately I have destroyed the slip so I dont have one but I have bought the jeans through my truworths account(101001736433171)Hope that you will resolve this issue for me as I feel that it is unfair to pay for something that can longer serve its purpose.
