I purchased a Bad Boy watch from Truworths Fourways Mall on the 25th October 2017, I returned the watch to the store 7 days later in the condition (see pictures attached) I was told by the manager of the store that she will not refund me, its my problem that the paint is pealing off, I have the proof of purchase.

The supplier of Bad Bay watches to Truworths Company needs to be informed of the poor quality of goods they are supplying, I would like a full refund and compensation for the embarrassing and distasteful manner and disgusting service I received at the Truworths Store in Fourways.

Truworths should not sell jewelry to the public, if they cannot provide a guarantee on their products.
