I am so disappointed with truworths.last week Thursday I went to truworths at kokstad branch to buy clothes using my fiance's card. My fiance wrote a letter that's gives an authority to use his card and the amount that I must use,he signed the letter. He also gave me his card and his id.when I got to the counter a cashier called the store manager to ask if she can use the letter. The store manager asked for both our id's, I gave her.she asked how I am related to the owner of the card, I told her he is my fiance. She said sorry we only help married couple,you not married. And she said it with attitude. Imagine taking a taxi from harding to kokstad only to get disappointed.
