Unauthorized debits from cheque account

Good day

The truworths store at lakeside mall has been debiting my account without my authorisation two days after the other. I don't know how they getting it right as I have not signed a debit order with them nor is my card present when they run these debits. I would like them to refund the monies back to my cheque account after which I will be closing my account with such a pathetic institution where non of there staff are helpful instead they are arrogant and rude including the manager.
