I have been paying mbd from December 2016 but I don't get any thing that shows how far is my account my reference is 0278000540310203 I'm paying with a debit order and my name is Agnes Malinga

The above message has reference.
I have on numerous occasions phoned the number given in the above message to report to you
that you are wrongfully using my number; 083 777 0318, mentioning a person that I don’t even
know as well as I don’t even have an account with Truworths.
Everytime I phone I get told that you will remove the number from the system but I keep on
receiving the irritating message.
This morning I get told by your office that I need to go to a Truworths store to go and correct the
error because they will keep on sending my number to you to send out the reminder.
It is in the first instance unacceptable for me to go and correct the error which I didn’t even cause. I
cannot and will not take responsibility for data given wrongly through to you.
Secondly do I in my honest opinion think you as a debt collector is blatant and probably so ignorant
and stupid to keep on sending messages to a person, which I personally do not even know, and you
don’t even get a reply from that person. You are actually steeling form your own client as a result of
keep on sending messages and charging them for the cost and with no response. You have got no
right to use my private number as well as have got no right to arras me for an outstanding account
which I don’t even have with Truworths. Totally unprofessional!!!!!!
I therefore hereby in writing request you to remove my personal number with immediate effect
from your database as well as to inform your client, Truworths, that the number you are receiving
from them is not the clients number they are referring to.
I hereby also request in writing an explanation from your office as well as confirmation that the
aforementioned request has been dealt with and that I will never ever receive such irritating
messages from you ever again.
If you do not comply with these requests by close of business Friday 29th July 2016 and I perhaps
again, which I hope not, receive a reminder message from you, I will consider my options to take
this matter on a higher level.
