Ive been buying your underwear for many years and have always been the same size, so I went to Truworths this past weekend to buy some new underwear bottoms. Truworths has a no trying on and no exchange policy on underwear which is fine as I know my size but this weekend I bought 2 sets of hot pants, both smalls but the one set is probable equivalent to an XXS, there is a 10cm difference between the two sets! I obviously cant wear it and I cant exchange it because of your policy. That was R250! which is very expensive which I can wear!! R250 That I cant get back!!
