I purchased two bottles of dolcu gabanna and I notice after the second time I used it, ithad a lemon smell and it didn't smell like the product usely do. I then called truworths to advise them I want a refund and that I'm not happy about the product it cost me more then R3000. 00 and they just advise they can't do it. I'M really disappointed and disgusted in the way they handled the matter. I kept on calling to ask to speak to a Area manager or any Senior Manager. They send the purfume to there supplier for testing to be honest I don't have any business with there suppliers or internal processes. I'm unhappy about the product and I want my money to be refunded. I can't add a pic the bottles of purfume I left at Somerset mall branch
