i went to Truworths Store in Maponya Mall, there i i had a pathetic service last Sunday, 4th Dec 2016. it was in the morning just after 9:00 am. i went there to exchange an item for my baby girl, of which the same clothes were to be worn by her that Sunday. i was assisted by one of the ladies there at Truworths stores Maponya Mall, when it was time for the exchange to be done, she told me that her supervisor, Bheki is still busy with banking and will not be able to authorise the transaction, so i had to wait if i want to exchange and when i asked how long will be, she told me blauntly that Bheki is going to be long since the banking was a lot. i just took my plastic and the clothing back and told her that that was pathetic service that i had and i was going to report him, then left.
