Hi, I went to the Truworths Westgate mall store yesterday, as I entered the store there was no visible staff and I proceded to walk to the other side of the store. There I saw staff member speaking to another lady and two behind the till. As all 3 of them never acknowledged me by greeting or anything i checked to see if they had a dress i wanted to exchange. With this 1 of the ladies told the other to "watch me". If they were not busy to help me i would have asked in the first place what the exchange policy was. I work in retail aswell and customer service is what brings back clients. Not people who ignores you and then end up branding you as someone who wants to steal. Please send your staff for customer service training.
