Overtaking lanes from BUS Lane
I would like to highlight that there are many Malaysian cars and SINGAPORE cars took advantage of traveling illegally along the designated BUS lane then when approaching nearer the SINGAPORE custom, they choose to squeeze and switched lane across the double white lines and cut into those lawfully a bidding citizens and patiently queuing along the outer car lanes
I appreciate the authorities to look into such misbehavior aid reckless and inconsiderate drivers who just cut and switch lanes illegally. This may lead to accidents and further deterioration the system of good orderly manner from responsible drivers.
Thank you

Unprofessional behavior and bad attitude of custom officers
Note: 20 May 2015, Wednesday 6.47 pm 2nd Link - Singapore Custom Officer "Muhammad Nazri" displayed unprofessional behavior and bad attitude.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I wld like to bring to your attn an incident tht took plc on the abv mentioned dt at the Tuas 2nd Link which involves the Singapore custom officers.
I was gg thru SG custom - passport scanner (on my way to JB) and was in the midst of turning off my mobile ph apps (to conserve my ph battery) before puting it away. But before I cld do tht, a custom officer (Muhammad Nazri) harshly and loudly shouted at me to put away my mobile ph.
I politely told him, "I understand you are doing your job but you don't hv to shout and be rude abt it". He agn shouted rudely, "...can't see the censor is it..." and his demeanour was hostile.
Upon clearing the passport scanner, I agn politely told him he didn't hv to be rude abt it and when I asked fr his name, he harshly ripped off his velcro name tag and flashed it in my face rudely and arrogantly challenging me to make a complaint.
I told him to calm down and turned to another older custom officer (whose name I did not get) fr assistance to perhaps calm the custom officer (Muhammad Nazri) down, as he was being excessively rude and his demeanour intimidating and hostile.
The older custom officer (despite hvng witnessed the whole thing, as he was standing nearby) questioned me instead as to why I wanted the other custom officers name. Before I cld explain, he nonchalantly commented, "...you give your particulars...". When I queried as to why he wants my particulars and I pointed out tht I had just cleared the passport scanner successfully and tht I was a Singaporean, he inconsiderately assumed and questioned me in an accusatory tone on being Singaporean and living in Malaysia!!??
<< Last I checked it was not a crime to be Singaporean and to be living in Malaysia!! >>
Anyway, as I walked away seeing as there was no sense, the custom officer (Mohammed Nazri) mocked and jeered at me with a hysterically loud "bye bye" and an exaggerated fake smile repeatedly until I exited.
Is such unprofessional behaviour and bad attitude from the custom officers allowed!!??
I can only imagine how these custom officers treat Malaysian travellers especially, on a daily basis.
I was made to feel like a 2nd class citizen and a criminal, being rudely and harshly shouted at, mocked and jeered at, victimized to hostile and intimidating demeanour, just because I did not put away my phone in the process of clearing the passport scanner in time.
It is sad to witness and experience such treatment of travellers and the lack of mutual respect frm such custom officers.
I hope these custom officers, especially Muhammad Nazri, will be dealt with in accordance to their unprofessional behaviour and bad attitude out of some frustration they were obviously feeling and venting it out of travellers in such bad manners.
Whatever happened to a thing called "common courtesy" my dear Sir/Madam?
Thank you for your patience and time. Have a nice day :)
Sincerely
Ms Kaur
