My Tupperware's lunch boxes , bottle caps are broken . I have been trying to get the sales consultant however i was told that due to covid they don't respond . I had 5 lunch boxes that have a factory fault , 1 water bottle cap that is cracked and i had bought a storage containers ,4 signature containers of different sizes.8.5litre giant canister came without a lid .I had bought 3 of the 8.5l however i only received 2 lids.

I had a new complete set of the yellow tupperware measuring cup set and I had the red complete set of measuring spoons that were on a circle that the spoons were on to lock each one in place. I have lost individual piiecses that I need for both sets.Could I please have complete replacement sets of both of these measuring tools? I will eventually need the pieces that I have lost to both sets. I have to add that the measuring cup set is a nesting cup set. I thank you very much for considering my request for these item. I have Tupperware Modular Mates food storage containers which I use for dry food storage for items like flour, sugar, cereal, etc. Lately, they are leaching a plastic smell AND TASTE into the food. I contacted Tupperware since their products are supposed to have a lifetime warranty. However, it turns out that they are only warranted against chipping, cracking, breaking or peeling. Apparently leaching horrible chemical tastes into the food is considered normal and acceptable.

I have had the same problems with my modular mates. After many phone calls and finally threatening FDA and CPSC, tupperware replaced my products. They did not return my money, which is what I wanted. Also, it is very disappointing that I had to threaten government interferance to get their attention. I have lots of new tupperware if anyone wants some
