No Status since Consignment Dispatch Out on 08.05.2020

Tracking did not update. Status updated Parcel Dispatched out from Pos Laju Transit Office (KLIA Hub) since 08 May 2020.
It is not normal as it has been more than 7 days. We can understand that it is on MCO period but at least there's a platform / channel that we can contact to check but it is none. Leave an email no reply, call but no pickup.
