New TurkeyHill Ice Cream size

Hello. My entire family and many friends have been buying and enjoying TurkeyHill Ice Cream, especially the Butter Pecan, for years now. We now see that the size of the container is smaller, but the price does not reflect the smaller amount that we are offered to buy. Besides that, the amount of the pecan pieces in the container is way less than before. This is a major disappointment!
All of it! The code of the package I am referring to is: 20735 11014.
Do you think we would not notice these differences? Do you think the public is clueless? Your package says "original recipe", but that is not true, and the lesser amount is an insult.
We are all so sorry that one of our favorite products has lowered standards, most likely due to the parent company wanting more money. A very sad situation to our minds.
Please reconsider your business practices!
Please reconsider the intelligence of your consumers!
And please reconsider what you are offering to your consumer fans!
We are not stupid, in case you thought we were...

Racism

Hi,

I drive about 20 miles a day before I get to your store in Harrisburg on Allentown Blvd around 7am because my workplace is literally one block away. I just began working there and do not go to Sheet's because it's across the highway. I've been going to your store for about three months because a young lady in the back food prep area makes me a breakfast sandwich most every morning. She has got to be one of the most delightful helpful employee's you have. The very first time I went to your store I had an altercation with an Italian Women with Black hair. I'm not very sure of her nationality but she was extremely rude when I tried cashing in my lottery scratch off ticket. Since then I come into the store and she goes out of her way to make it known that she wants to irritate me by speaking to customers who walk into the store behind me, never greeting me when she waits on me but greets customers after she's waited on me loud enough to make me wonder why she doesn't greet me as well. She's very nasty vindictive individual. Today November 16th, I came in for my sandwich and went to pay for it; I gave her a scratch off to cash in $20.00. She takes it from me without a word. When she returned to the register I asked her to give me a $20.00 dollar bill from the winnings and handed her a $5.00; She ignored me and began counting out the change from my purchase; I asked her again to give me a $20.00 dollar bill; She said that's what she was doing, while she had change in her hands she said I just took it out of your purchase; I asked her again to give me a $20.00 bill and snatched it out of her hands. We began arguing really loudly in the store and she claimed she wasn't going to wait on me again for snatching the money from her. I told her that was fine. Here is my question; Why would one of your employee's be so casual in thinking one, that they are able to get away with disrespecting your customers? Why would they think that's ok? In addition to that; What makes her so comfortable that she can say to a customer she's not waiting on them anymore? I'm asking Turkey Hill to have this Woman apologize for her behavior. I am never nasty when I am in there; You can ask the prep Woman who makes me breakfast in the morning. I DO NOT DESERVE TO BE DISCRIMINATED AGAINST AT YOUR STORES! It is early in the morning when I am there, I am not in the mood for someone's obviously hatred behavior to be treated this way every time I walk into your store. I am tired tonight but wanted to make absolutely sure I sent this information to your store. I expect to see a change from her attitude towards me and I expect a response back from Turkey Hill. I lost it today, she made me so angry before I began working I could not stop thinking about it. Your employee's have not right to use their positions to annoy customers or make them feel uncomfortable to come into your stores. They have no right to spew their unwarranted beliefs on 'ME' every morning that I walk in there. I have done absolutely nothing to this person. Your customers should not need to think about where to go due to your employee's behavior. I want a phone call from your Customer Relations department.
