Dear sir recent we travel with my 3 kids WE FLEW ON TURKISH airlines from Istanbul on31/12/2015,istanbul to uk .boarding time was Istanbul Ataturk 1.40 pm Turkish time, and we should be in London 3.45 Gatwick .unfortunately they take us in to side the plain with my 3 kids, and 7 hours they keep us in hungry, in side the weather was very cold, every time we ask the airhostess to get some food they informed us no food left over , and no blanket, and its new year eve ,we had the stay in the plane we organised something in our home with our family to celebration in the restaurant ..unfortunaly we count came and everything went wrong and are money gone bin. it very upset are family my children was crying and shirks was nerves to. all my family back home was waiting us in uk airport panic we couldn't contact with them to let them know whats happening in the plane because no phone. We want to complained now to get our money back and pay all our expensive,
