Please , I am a frequent traveler. On may 5 2022 My experience with Turkish airlines stealing from above storage. They stole my 2 iPhone , expensive ray ban glasses and money.

When I came home I was shocked to see the missing item. The airlines crew are very hospitable but they stole my stuff. I am the last person to accuse without being a victim. Beware next time. It is a big gang and organized.

People take care when YOU travell by turkish Airlines.during The flight from Istanbul to Dubai somebody stole 2300$ and replaced with 1$.bag was with us all The time on airport... passed all security checks and We Had a money. When We arrived to Dubai airport and wanted to change money We found in The wallet 23 of 1 dollar I will not say WHO is stilling but how its possible that somebody knows WHO has money, how much money, WHO is Sleeping during The flight????

Time: 6:25 am — Flight # TK 709 - TK-77.

I was traveling back to U.S. from Pakistan (Jinnah International with my family on 1/23/2019 around 3:30-5:00AM departing from Jinnah International Airport on Turkish Airline, while at in flight I put my hand bag on over head compartment, the american currency in my possession; a total of $7,085 dollars all in $100 bills were replaced with $1 dollar bills in the total amount of $33 dollars and another envelope with U.S Currency 3385.00 USD replaced with papers in my personal backpack.

The $1 dollar bills and blank papers were placed exactly the same way I had the $100 dollar bills in three different envelopes in my backpack.

Plz never travel with Turkish Airline.We had the worst travel experience with them .Crew members were doing suspicious activities and when we were about to land in Istanbul I found out my lock from handbag was broken and my cash was missing when i asked for the help they did nothing and they took us to police station and even police wrote wrong report .With small children it was so painful I can’t even describe what I went through.When I was telling them what happened to me Crew member was shivering and at the same time another passenger came and reported that her 8000 dollars missing it was a bad situation still they didn’t help us because three members were involved so nobody helped us on the way back we bought new tickets because we were very scared and when we asked Turkish Airline to refund our tickets they didn’t do anything and also we begged them literally how bad was the experience in their flight with us and even another passenger was robbed but they didn’t care and still they have not done anything,whenever we think about this incident we feel helpless and frustrated .We don’t know who will give us justice.Plz help us if anybody can .

Do not travel with turkish airline it is a group of thieves stealing money from cabin baggage

Same happened with my cousin They took his money from his bag and replaced by toilet cover tissue.

Same happened with us few days back they exchanged money with toilet cover paper

Turkish Airlines. On the flight from Istanbul to Casablanca, and when i fell asleep, someone stole my expensive sun glasses, even i noticed the cabin staff to look for thief but they didn't help. Please is there any cameras on board that can help identify the thief ?

While travelling on Turkish Airline on 2nd August 2018 from Abu Dhabi to New York Cash worth USD 2,700 and AED 8,500 was stolen from my handbag kept in the overhead compartment.

No help or support provided by the Turkish Airline so far. Very disappointing.

My 80 year old Dad was a victim of an organised theft whilst travelling from Karachi to Chicago on a Turkish Airline flight.He was carrying 10,000 US dollars as $100 notes in two different envelopes in the inside pocket of his blazer.Whilst he fell asleep on the flight some one took the envelopes out and swapped the $100 notes with $1 notes and replaced the envelopes.
He found out what had happened after he got off the flight in Chicago.
This is a very organised theft and one that has happened before as well but nothing has been done to stop it or warn the customers.
The criminals are getting away with it and so is the airline.

Turkish airline stole $2700 (100 cut) from my handbag and subtituted them with $270 single dollar bills on yhe flight from instanbul to Pekin. They have a organized threft network which is criminal. Complained to the airport police and turkish airline but they are unresponsive and told me I could not prove that I had all that money with me. I am sure I can prove the theft if they provided the police with cameras but they say they don't record. SHAMEFUL!

Turkish Airlines. On the night flight from Abidjan to Istanbul me and my friend were stolen all the money ($, EURO) inside our hand baggage. on the place of 100 and 50$ banknotes 1$ banknotes have been inserted to replace the existing ones which means that the have been prepared to steal.

please please please, don't travel with turkish airline. they steal your belongings. they opened my locked bag and stole all the valuable jewelries from my bag. my flight was on Friday, January the 9th from Tehran to Frankfurt and when I received my bag the lock was missing and when I opened my bag, it was a mess. everything was unfolded and my jewelry boxes were torn and my jewelries were missing. i'm in the process of claiming the stolen item. but I'll tell everybody that I know and I will write everywhere so people stop traveling with turkish airline. please share this post and let your friends know about it
