To whom it may concern
We the employer has difficulties with Mibco regarding our monthly forecast as well as payments. Mibco claim we owe them R63664.48 which is mostly interest.
We have submitted all our forecasts and payments which was made in time as we pay before the 10th of each month but still get charged interest on paying in advance.
The clerk Regional Legal Credit Control at Highveld region is not assisting us, we have been to the DRC 3 times and each time the result remains unresolved.
