We joined TV Travel a little over two months ago. We went in at the bottom level, which Jason (the perosn we talked with) seemed quite upset with. That cost us about $500. To some that is 'chump change', but to us (I work full time and my husband is handicapped with no government benefits) that is a lot of money. Jason was trying to get us to purchase leads that, quite frankly, were well out of our monetary reach. Next, we spoke with Randi Jean who seemed to us both to be very nice. She told us about leads which they would provide us with, that were 100% guaranteed to give us at least our money back; 230 leads for $400. After that, we were to get half as many leads for $200 every month. We paid the $400 and $200 later. We did not see one single lead pan out. I tried to call every number I had for TV travel multiple times. Randi Jean was supposed to call me back and never did. I left voice mail for her several times. I called every number I had, including customer service, and got 'mailbox full' messages every time. The online chat was no better. It was NEVER online. We sent 4 messages on the online chat and NEVER received a reply. Finally yesterday March 28, 2012 we cancelled our account online, which guaranteed us NO REFUND. I also had to cancel my debit card and get a new one through my bank in order to make sure I had no more charges from them. We are out about $1100. For some people that is nothing. For us it is a LOT of money. I suggest anyone who is called by TV Travel to hang up immediately.

I bought into this scam in December of 2011. Jason told me if I invested 2, 000 that would produce leads and I should make 3k to 5k monthly. So far as of 3-23-12 nothing. I sent them a certified letter from the address 8751 N. 51st Ave. #105, Glendale, AZ 85302 and it was returned undeliverable! I have turned this into my credit card but I don't know how the dispute works. Do the take the side of their customers or the scammers! Time will tell. I faxed my letter and emailed my letter to [email protected] today to let them know I'm not going to let them scam me any further. A person looking for ways to make extra money does not realize that these companies can actually be in business scamming millions of dollars from innocent people. Hard to believe that can't be shut down. I joined as a Internet company, not to use their travel vouchers. I would like to know if any body has used them. Justin Turner is who I talked to at first to get the 199.00 site and the 49 a month to keep it updated. His presentation was quite impressive. So was Jason's.for the big dollars for them to do the marketing and sales. Hopefully they will get what is coming to them. What goes around comes around!! I hope it was worth it Jason and Justin!! Spend it now, in prison you won't need much! I hope you rot there!!

I signed up with this company on 03/25/09 with the understanding that if I did not like the success of the sales that I could cancel my account between the 62-71 day of sign up. I cancelled my account on 05/27/09 and sent them an e-mail asking when my charges would be credited back to my account. They called me and said that because I cancelled my account through MY website, that I did not qualify for any type of a refund. I told them that they never at any time told me that in order to get your refund you had to call in and cancel your account. They only stressed to wait the 62-71 day limit and my money would be refunded with no questions asked. This does not make sense to me. If you have to call the company in order to cancel your account, then why do they have a cancel button on your website. And upon talking to them, they said they had our conversation recorded, so I told them I wanted to hear where I agreed that I would call the office and cancel my account in order to get my refund. They called me back and said they couldn't find that "exact" part, but did have it recorded where I agreed to the 62-71 day limit.

What are my recourses here? I'm looking at $2, 400 here. Help if anyone can.

Okay here`s my two cents worth. I joined TV Travel in the early part of February and I went as far as getting the $400.00 dollar package . after some time I had some financial difficulties and could not continue. I have yet to receive my refund of $199.00 I left them in 3/12/2012. Again within the 60 day period, No phone response, no e-mails, no nothing!! If you read this TV Travel my ID was LT4279, Please refund my $199.00 I understand about the 400.00. Stay true to your word and do what is right. If you want to decrease the complaints you get Do the right thing!!.
