TWITTER INC, San Francisco, California, refuses to take down an impersonating accounts

Twitter Inc, refuses to take down a fraudulent account that is blatantly impersonating me.

I have emailed them on several occasions to have the account delete and verified by Twitter Inc, but my request have fallen on death ears.
Their customer service number is bogus, there is no way of contacting and speaking to a live person. All they do is send auto responders emails.

Twitter does not provide the American public with a customer service number to prevent defamation of character or impersonation.

It's time for Americans to start civil lawsuit against all of social networks that do not provide a live customer service for Americans to clear up their names and prevent deviant vicious impersonators from defamation of character.

Twitter will not reply nor remove the fraudulent account with my name associated with it.
