The same thing happened to me because of Loehmann's. I cancelled the subscriptions first from https://www.magcustomerservice.com/ . Then I called (800) 321-6247. Instead of using their options, I kept pressing 0 until I got a live operator. I gave him my last name and street address, then first name and city/state. He "accessed my account" and I told him I never wanted the magazines. He said that he saw that I cancelled future billings already from the website, but asked me if I'd like to refund the whole order. I said yes, and he said that I should see a refund within 2-3 days. It seemed like he was used to this situation and was expecting the whole thing. I better get my refund.
