Ordered frozen goods incl delivery over €230!! on 5th of Jan after three weeks still nothing so I tried ring but rings out. After month send an email and auto reply that they would reopen first weeknof Feb. Then again nothing. tried ring and mail again but no answer what soever. I want my money back as I didnt receive a thing or got any respons off them. Also filled out contact form ib their webside and facebook mailed them but im talking to a wall!!. Wheres my money I wanne know?!!

I ordered several items from this website in December 2011. When they still hadn't arrived in January 2012 I sent several emails but got no reply to any of them. I made several calls (that have cost me £5 because I could only find a mobile number) but no one would pick up. The money has been taken from my account and I don't have my UPS tracking number. This company treats it's customers appallingly.
