No Communication

I've complete the online U-filing on 25 May 2016 in order to receive benefits.
The application was completed by the assessor on 10 August 2016.
To date I have not received any feedback re payments.
I've emailed twice already to [email protected] on 12 August 2016 and 3 January 2017, but have received no reply.
I've called 0123371680 countless times, holding the line for 30+ minutes at a time, with no answer...
