I talk nicely to one of the U Mobile Rawang Dealer (I Link Mobile SDN BHD). But this lady talk to me very rude. I ask her try first before answer customer. The way she reply is very rude until customer angry. If you do not know how to proceed please admit. Don’t try to give a lot of stupid reason to customer. The customer service is so rude. Nowadays so many competitors but the service still bad.

Appreciate U Mobile can check this dealer. Really got problem. The issue already drag customer 2 days already.
PLEASE IMPROVE.
