Locked acct.for an address change
I have been trying to get my account unfrozen for 23 days now. I have uploaded I have faxed my documents multiple times throughout each week because every time I call after waiting on hold for hours at a time I am told something different. It's either a problem reading the documents or they didn't receive the documents or now, they have receive the document but since my ID address doesn't match my new address it's unacceptable. Well when you can't have access to your funds to PAY for a new ID to change your address, what do you expect!? As of now ALL of my bills are past due, my electricity is OFF & I can't put food on my table! This has been a living nightmare! Everyday I call in every day it's a new excuse and no one I can talk to to help me. I want my account unlocked immediately because this game has gone on for far too long and is now an urgent matter that needs immediate attention. I too will join anyone that would like to file a lawsuit against this Bank.
