ReliaCard card holders service has been holding my funds for over a month I have sent in all of my documents that they have asked for and they still won't release my funds I have faxed my information over not once but three times already they sent me a letter saying upload my new address I did that they told me to go on verify U.S Bank ReliaCard. Com and upload the front and back of my Id I have done that three times I'm behind on my rent and my bills my lights are about to be cute off I need my money I have done everything that they have asked me to do I have been on the phone for hours trying to resolve this issue since October and still no response I have been hung up on talked to any kind of way by customer service and supervisors and the issue is still not resolved I was wondering if you could please help me with this matter Thanks Ms.Lewis I can be reached at 216-205-5520
