I wish there were enough curse words I could use to describe the process that this company has to verify information. I went to use my ReliaCard(it should be called Unreliacard) to get gas in August and was denied. I called Unreliacard and was told to fax ID and another form of ID did that and was told it would take 5 business days to resolve. So on day 12 I’m still waiting for someone to verify my address in which I sent multiple rectify proof of address and now I’m told it takes 10 business days to resolve. But you know how long it takes a company you owe money too to turn off your services or repo your car or anything you owe money for and it’s late on? Way less time than it takes for someone to say hmm “ok the address does match let’s turn his card back on. And move on to the next person that needs help. Thanks for nothing. Day 26. I wonder how long do I have to wait to pay a bill like a normal person because my money isn’t being held. Especially when it’s money I worked for. Thanks for nothing UNRELIACARD!
