Frozen Account

My account has been frozen for about two weeks now due to someone calling in that was not me to change the address and phone number. I only found out when I tried to use the card to get a Christmas gift for my son. I have tried sending my personal information to them but I have heard nothing I do not trust to send it out again because every time I talk to someone they give me new instructions on how to send it over. Please unfreeze my account and do not change anything without my actual authorization.
