This gentleman who claims to be an executive is like a kid I had a couple of interviews i missed then scheduled one on a Monday this was Friday morning and Friday afternoon he emailed smand said he would never take my call again. Then on Friday night at 1030 pm he calls wakes up grandchildren to. Say same thing now i cant get job with them because he blocks it from happening what a cry baby

BATHED IN LEGALEZE USSA HAS SO MANY RULES ITS IMPOSSIBLE FOR A NORMAL HUMAN BEING TO BE RIGHT ALL THE TIME. AND THEY HAVE RULES NEVER ENFORCED AND USED IN THEIR PROTOCOLS OR HANDBOOK. EXCEPT WHEN THEY NEED TO TERMINATE SOMEONE. U.s Security associates

exactly what these people are saying is exactly what is happening and worst and some of these comments are from 2012...its currently 2017 and things have not changed at all. All u.s security cares about is not losing a contract and going over payroll I'm currently a supervisor at a Amazon site in California and I can honestly say the last 12 months have showed me that this company does not care about its employees and will lie to you just to get you out of there face. When I got hired they told me after your first 3 months you will get a raise then after your 6 months you will get a another raise and its been 12 months and I have not gotten one. One day I worked a 12 hour shift and they paid me 11.50 for 4 hours when my regular pay for hour is 14.50. So not only did they not pay me overtime, they paid me lower then what I usually get per hour. And once before that they tried to pay me 9.20 for 8 hours and when I approached my site manager about it he told me he had to do it because of budget cuts. Mind you minimum wage in California in 10 per hour. 2 weeks ago they fired/removed a officer who was been with the company for over 10 months because he got in a car accident on the way to work. Literally 1 hour before shift he got in a accident called the current supervisor to let her know he can not make it in because he got in a CAR ACCIDENT ON THE WAY TO WORK and had no ride and he was written up for not off calling 4 hours before start of shift. Please explain to me how you can do so? impossible he did not know 4 hours before that he was going to get into a car accident. I could honestly be here all day writing out stories of different situations that have happen to employees within they last year. From them trying to force you to come in on your day off, calling you over 5 times, managers telling employees that they are always coming up with excuses just because they can't stay over 2-4 hours after we did just our 8 hours. I watched my site manager lie on pay roll so that he could save himself because he allow/forced an employee to work all 3 shifts in one day. I say forced because that's how they make it seem. they make it seem like if you don't come in and work for them that you will be replaced or treated differently then others. Yes I know I've said a lot of negatives things I will still have ALOT more to add but I do honestly like my job I just not the way we are treated and lied to all the time. and Overworked!! other sites have 4-6 officers with the same work as us but we only have 3 on morning and swing and only 2 at night! its honestly crazy that amazon allows that and I talked with my site manager about getting more guards and she claims that are LP does not want to pay more guards when we clearly need help. last week was prime week for amazon which means a lot more people in the building and working longer shifts and we were still forced to do the job with only 2 people. I have so much more to say and so much more details to each other these stories with FACTS that they are true I just don't know who to talk to about this. im afraid that if I bring it up to my branch that they will find a way to fire me like they do everybody else that brings a problem to them.

Employee Treatment

This is the absolute worst company to work for. Management steals from its own associates and their clients. The myrtle beach region is run by crooks who severely mistreat their associates. They do not pay for all hours worked or provide meal breaks at our location. Corporate allows this behavoir even when presented with the facts. The regional management team takes associates "out of pocket" company expenses and submits them on their own expense reports and then pockets the money themselves. They do not care about true work performance, only that you agree with them when they lie, cheat and steal from other associates and never testify against them or you will be next. They run everything by fear and intimidation and knowing myrtle beach is a hard place to find employment.

WRONGFUL TREATMENT OF EMPLOYEE'S

To All U.S. Security Associates employees. Listen up, first you are in the security industry which is nothing but a "song and dance" business who takes advantage of everyone. Anyone who works for any security company in California, regardless who it is, you will go through the same problems. The way I look at it is one of two ways, first you either except the abuse you are being delt with or you start using all the legal channels to file complaints and suits against the company. I know how hard it is to find adequate employment in this economy, but you have to either accept the hand your delt or change it. People who stay with a company as long as some of you and haven't done anything about the abuse and mistreatment, you're the ones who need to be blamed. If you want to hold U.S. Security Associates accountable and get all the money you are owed, than contact a labor attorney about filing a class action lawsuit. Most labor attorneys will take this case on a contingency basis. As for filing complaints with BSIS and the California Labor board, good luck, neither agency could care less about what is happening to you. Both agencies will tell you to contact an attorney. Here is my advice, keep copies of all your time logs and make sure you turn in all your hours you worked regardless what threats are being made. There is an old say, "He who has the most paper work wins." By keeping track of all your hours and uniform receipts you will have a stronger case. The California Labor laws state that an employer who requires a specific type of uniform such as security must provide all parts of the uniforms except the boots. This means shirts, pants, badges, etc. Also, in the California, if a security company is requiring all security guards to provide their own equipment such as an Armed Guard, they have to pay you double the state minimum wage or they have to provide the equipment themselves. I do not remember the exact statutes on these matters, but I recommend to contact an attorney and file a suit against the company. To be honest, the only way to stop security companies from abusing and taking advantage of security guards to create a Union. Some states are already doing this, or contact different Unions to see if there is a way they can incorporate private security into their existing Union. The only way to change the problem is by fighting the problem and if you lose your job along the way, so be it. Either fight the fight, or shut up and stop complaining about it.
