At&t charging for my 90 yr old mother a long distance service and since July 2017 Telecom started charging her for long distance as well. Her At&t bill has remained the same amount even with Telecom billing her. Thought it was a scam since still paying At&t for long distance. They have now cut her long distance off but still paying At&t long distance. She lives by herself and needs to have her long distance service. This is a shame that At&t does this to their customers! She was never notified by At&t that this was happening. This company better get it together because I have been a customer of At&t forever with 7 lines I'm paying for every month. Thinking of leaving them and changing my Directv. Very disappointed in them. TO BIG for their own good!! Tried to get it resolved but At&t couldn't figure out way it was disconnected. Again the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Find someone with knowledge to run your business and make it CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. Such a shame for a company to be ran like this !!!!!

The company did the same thing to us. They are very good in hiding their charges through ATT bill. When we dropped ATT, they continued to bill us and that's how we learned that we were doing business with them all those years. We trusted ATT. Why they agreed to deceive their customers by collaborating with US Telecom Long Distance, we do not know.
