yesterday I call for ride at 12:15 pm from dua restaurant dha to model colony.the captain refused but did not cancelled the ride as I told him again & again for ride cancellation.he intentionally rejected my calls and when attended after many calls he told that call to career for ride but did not cancelled the ride.kindly investigate & refund my unfair charges.caption's cell # is 03172124290

Yesterday booked a cab from Chennai padi.. driver accepted and he told us to wait for 15 mins... After few mins he called again and he ordered us to cancel the ride.. he spoke to us in a very rude manner... But for tis y u have charging my account.. driver name.. I recently registered on uber cabs and as a referral promotion I was displayed a screen saying that I have been given a free ride by ayush (my friend who told me that uber is having a referral promotion program where we get 500rs off on our first ride).
As I registered for uber cabs and installed Uber App from the link ayush send me I was given a free ride and it was displayed on screen also. So, I wanted to redeem the free ride and hence booked a cab on 9th November 2015 at around 2:15 pm. I was picked up from home and dropped at old delhi railway station. Then suddenly the driver told me that "he was to collect 390.57rs from me". I told him it was mine first free ride, so see contacted support center and they asked me to"pay 390.57rs at that time and enail their support centre and after some day money will be refunded".
So, i contacted them through email about the matter which thet said that I have missused their program.
However, i have proofs that I didn't missue their program, since after the ride the free ride option vanished from my screen.

So, don't think that I am one of those who will leave my money, since I have proofs that I am fare will the program.
So refund my money as soon as possible.
