Suspended my UBER account without providing a reason. Raised it through email, Twitter but the same answer keeps coming back word-to-word:
"On reviewing the details, it seems like your account has been suspended by the system for activities that violate our Terms and Conditions.
Although we understand that this could be unintended, we unfortunately will not be able to lift the restriction manually and your account will be unavailable for use until further notice.
Apologies for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding in this regard."

No escalation point shared even after repeated requests. Raised it as a point of order that if it is related to a particular incidence regarding a ride, I must be told as it concerns the safety of my daughter and wife, but no action taken.

Terms and Conditions list everything so I am not remotely aware which condition is broken.

Note: Last few Trips were taken by my daughter and wife while returning from Montessori School and I was booking the trips using the option on the app to book trip for others. Only Coupon codes that were applied came as SMS from UBER. Had not tried tinkering with the APP. In fact, I was in office in all those occasions. Wife and 4-year old daughter had no fight with Driver. My rating was a decent 4.3 or 4.5 (don't remember, can't log in to my profile).

At 4:05 am this morning been 30th of December 2016 i took Uber cab Hyundai Xcent with Registered number (DL 1Z 7408) Driver's Name is AURANGZEB from Green park to my home, he was driving recklessly which we cautioned him, but lastly we escaped a serious accident, on our way getting to pankha road where we had an argument due to his driving then lastly we was attacked by him and his Gangs.
they was no UBER Customer care service number to contact the company. please public should take note of this Notorious taxi driver .
