My husband, David and I, own a Time Share that Uber Destinations promised a guarantee to sell within 6 months and up to 2 years and after 6 months we could get a refund of the $2,000 fee they charged us to list and sell and our time share on their website at any time. The sales person promised David that Uber Destinations would guarantee the Sale of our Time Share within 2 years or we would be fully refunded this $2,000 fee. However, Uber Destinations has never provided a copy of this signed contract. In fact I believe they can't because I did not sign this contract and both owners have to sign a listing/sale contract. However I can prove that our $2,000 was deducted from our account. I have e-mailed Uber Destinations for a refund and they claim per the contract that we needed to write them requesting a refund during the 180 day expiration period when the Time Share was listed for sale for more than 6 months but less than 2 years and the AD is no longer active. However 180 day period to request a refund was never told to us and we obviously wouldn't know since we do not have a copy of the signed contract. They are not providing one now or proof that they had sent us one originally. Also, during the time that they had an Ad listed for sale they never once contacted us with any Offers from any prospective buyers for our Time Share.
