I am filing a lawsuit (free of charge) against UDR for unwarranted utility overcharges. I am here looking for similarly situated people wiling to join to make this lawsuit a class action.

Those who have experienced such or related issues don't need any introduction on the topic or kinds of scams that UDR uses to overcharge residents. Nor do those people need any details to know what exactly I refer to when I mention utility overcharges. Therefore, without going into nuts and bolts of the UDR's utility billing scams, I am initiating the process of adjoin other UDR victims.

UDR property: gayton townpointe homes in richmond, VA

Never rent from this place. We have so much of rodent trouble in the past few months. I am breaking my lease out of desperation and moving to another community. Within 2 weeks as of july August 2015, there are have been 3 rodent incidents at my place. We are expecting and my wife has been traumatized with rats running frequently. The management did help once, but from next time,there has not been any response. I am handling it on my own
