I moved in to a udr community laurel tree apartments in salinas ca I have a 3 year old daughter with sensory possessing disorder she is Special needs I myself have bipolar disorder and severe anxiety Maria is aware of I am going through a custody issue I also have two relatives that come to bring the groceries and toiletries we need I don't leave with my daughter we are not mobile and she gets severe overload we have occupational therapy,Speech therapy,and Family therapy at home different hours the manager Maria Camocho has made it clear she does not want me and my disabled daughter residing in her community by continually singling me out I had security cameras in my area only facing my porch and door I received a 3 day notice to fix it or quit I took my cameras down yet several of my fellow neighbors have there security cameras up ,next day I received a notice about my blinds I changed them in July such she is well aware of because my daughters needs the visual of outside is calming to my baby but not going outside so I have my original blinds I put up shorter blinds so my daughter can look out when a meltdown occurs she screams and it's very hard to calm her Maria spoke to my neighbor and another tenant about my personal problems such as my child custody case and my finances having neighbors questioning how I receive income if I am always home I find that is irresponsible management I believe I would like to take this complaint further Maria Camocho is discriminating me and my daughter due to our Disabilities we are just a family trying to live we are not doing anything wrong but the stress she is causing is really taking a toll on our daily lives Maria Camocho finds something to single me out about qite often in the past she accused my brother of sleeping in laundry room,she accused me that my brother broke a window on property these accusations were not true I was told I could not have guests and my mother who was in town for a week to have minor surgery I was told could not stay for that one week I will file discrimination law suit against the udr,Maria Camocho if this is not addressed I pay my rent on time my bills I do not appreciate being singled out because one of your employees discriminates the disabled my email is [email protected] my phone number is 831-210-1795 Thank you Victoria Viniegra
