I lived in Gayton Point for 3 yrs and moved to The Carriage Homes. Every year Manager change and its not Manager but to their boss don't do their job. There is no way you can find their boss name and contact email id. If you can corporate, Anita working there is find of everyone, very rude, will not give any once contact info and will call Manager directly. Manager will email you within an hour who never responded you call ever and telling her employee to reject call saying she is not here.

Still after her contact she will call you in office, give you verbal note to leave in one month, if not happy. If you refuse, she will only come to inspect condo but will not take care of it and will remove your maintenance request or post denied entry or posting on UDR saying they did work. Bunch of lies..non stop.

They just want your money and increase rent min $30 every year, no matter how long you lived there. But they will give twice referral fee of $600 if you recommend new tenant and will charge $300 less rent to new tenant what you are paying now. Manager defiantly doing very big scamming here with contractors...watch out...
