BEWARE property charges you $550-850 for carpet replacement even if nothing is wrong with it when you move out and many other fees!!! I lived in a 3/2 and a 2/1 and both times I was charged outrageous move out fees of $814-1251 for both places. I'm a good tenant, I take care of my property and wherever I live. I disputed and the only response I got was we reviewed and charges are correct. You have no choice but to pay it or your rental history goes bad. Maintenance doesn't complete requests completely will find lazy fixes. The only office staff was nice except the manager who doesn't care about the tenants and doesn't want to deal with them. They kept my entire deposit both times
