I noticed wef 23.3.20 arbitrary recovery is being made by intimating "u have used 1mb @ 2.50 + taxes etc .the frequency has escalated"Specific dates as below:-
Year 2020 dates 23/3,24/4,18/6,9/7,
Year 2021 Dates 1/2, 6/2,9/2, 10/2,11/2.
I fail to understand when I don't use "mobile data" why this cheating with consumers..I m afraid if this is being done to a million customers what would b the sum generated by such a UNCHECKED TRICK ۔
