Good day to you, I am very upset about my claim that has now been rejected because they say its late.

I was registering on line when I must of pushed a wrong button and my ID was locked. To cut a long story short I have since beginning of December tried to get unlocked so that I can register again. I made numerous phone calls just to be told to send an email again and again. I then got an email from webmaster to ask for various documentation which was immediately sent. I then got an email after email with different ticket numbers asking for the same thing over and over. I then phoned again tobe told nobody there is authorized to unlock my ID number not even the supervisor. So this carried on for months. Then eventually I was told they got all the documentation but still need to register, I mean surely. I then started again phoning and sending emails. I then got the name of a lady to send an email to. Again she asked a clerk to assist to no avail. This carried on for months and I was really getting frustrated. I then eventually got an email to say payment cannot be made without me registering online or go in to our local office. Well needless to say the online system is a no go, and I went in and got registered and was told by the gentleman that the online system does not work. I said that is strange as a lady that also stopped working did everything on line and got paid about 2 months after registering. So I ask you now what? He told me that he could see all the paper work is there, and I now need to waite. Well how long must I waite and then just to be told my claim is rejected and when I asked why I was told I registered to late.

This is totally unacceptable as I have been going at this since December 2015. So I expect a bit od respect and my claim to be settled as soon as possible.
