I want to complain about the lack of respect firstly towards my wife while she was still greiving about the passing of my son during august 2015 . during december she went the the klerksdorp uif dept to put in a claim for my son uif. she was handled with disrespect firstly and secondly its almost 2 years now and nobody has bothered to let us know if there is a problem with this claim , as we have not recieved any any money or information. this is poor and makes me very angry as why bother paying for something that we suppose to get back but gets stolen instead by the goverment.

i will not go back to this place as they are very disrespectful and dnt care.
