Why are we told that payments will take up to 10 days the reason being the paymaster is on leave and payments send out to other dept.
We are dependant on this money an go throught all the trouble to submit,go sign monthly and now we have to still wait 10 days for payment.
This is unfair and poor planning from the division and can someone please rectify and correct this immediatly

I have been struggling to get my claims paid out by UIF since February this year. I was retrenched as the company I worked for shut down while I was on maternity leave. I have been to the physical offices more times than I can even count and have spent well over R1000 on airtime leaving me in more debt trying to resolve this issue than anything else. I am leaving messages for the supervisor Vuli to contact me more than once a day and yet not a word and no one takes my calls. I received an sms stating my claim was rejected with case number 10004527389. No one will assist me. How do I resolve this as I have been contributing well over 10 years to this fund and now that I have an emergency and cannot get work, government is showing a blind eye. Please help, I'm desperate.
