I applied for my maternity benefit last year, around September , spent several hrs of several days in the queue waiting to gain access to the building. I have been sent from pillar to post with this and that outstanding document and as soon as I provide whatever document is requested then there is another problem.
They have gone as far as saying I have to lodge a complaint against my employer for income paid to me outside the claim period. I have called, emailed and gone to the office, a year and sometime later, i have still not received any feedback or my payout. I have holes in my pockets for those two months that I had no income, I need help.
