I have been to the uif office 11times, I phone every day to get transfered over and over and eventually they cut you off. These staff are so rude. My forms was submitted and evertime - go back the lady Nicole tells me that the assesor did not view my U19 form. She scanned it under " 2 documents scanned" on the system.
