I have go on maternity leave on 1 August and made an application for my Maternity leave.At 10 September I phone as the date they gave me to sign was wrong as it was the 14 September as this is on weekend.As They said I must phone back in 10 minutes. When I phone the gentelman that I talked to was not in and no one can assist me.I then go their offices on the. 12 September. As the people at welkom centre are so rude they do not follow any batho pele principles as indicated.I even have a voice recording how they treat clients and said you must not try to challenge them.When I sign they said I must submit a birth certificate what I have done then the gentelman that assist me said he will fax it to Bloemfontein and after then it will take 10 days for payment.
