I have been struggling for 5months to get any response out of the people from the uif office!! I have been there numerous times to find out what is going on and they keep telling me to phone them in 2 weeks time where NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONES!!!

I cant understand what the big hold up is!! every month UIF is deducted from my salary but when I want to claim I cant!!

everyone is complaining about the poor service and response we get out of them, but is there anything being done about it?????
