Ive been trying to log in to my Ufiling account after I failed my verification as I cant remember my telephone numbers I had in the past, now it has been blocked, I tried phoning but nobody ever answers ever. Ive send numerous emails, get no feedback. And still my account is blocked. Im unemployed and the bills keep piling up!
Is there anybody working at the UIF department.

I have blocked my Ufiling account and cannot login again they have told me to phone the number 012 3371680 or 0860345464 or 0800030007.
I was busy to register our company online for UIF. Due to the COVID-19 we are not working and our clients are still closed.
No one taking our calls I even send 3 emails and have no join.
How can I unblock the registration and try again to register online.
Our bookkeeper have tried 4 times to register us , but each time we have to do it differently wondering if we will ever get a payout.
Why do we even pay UIF.
Please can someone assist us.

I was retrenched the end of July 2016 after working for a company for 19 years. On 15th Nov I managed to get someone to register me online for UIF benefits. The same day I got a reply back saying it was not approved. I appealed on the 16th Nov and on the 17th Nov got another reply back not approved. Somehow I got hold of [email protected] who told me that according to them she is still getting a salary. I emailed her U19 to him as well as to the ufiling email address. This specific U19 form was faxed through 7 times and emailed 3 times. On the 25 Nov I appealed again and it has been showing sent to Appeals Committee since 25 November. I am a single mother of 3 with no income whatsoever and have found out that I am pregnant the end of August. This makes it even more difficult to find a job as a pregnant lady. I have tried calling the uif offices and eventually gave up after listening to music for 40 minutes. I have sent 5 or 6 emails to the ufiling email address which states on the site that they will get back to you within 24 hours. I am waiting for months, without a single sent. Simon Maila also does not bother to answer any of my emails. I need this UIF money so desperately. PLEASE PLEASE can someone come just reply to all my emails. It is EXTREMELY difficult being 6 months pregnant with not a single sent to spend on basic requirements.
