My husband applied for UIF March 2014, It is now November and he haven't received one single payment. He has been to the offices 5-6 times, has signed in the book , each time get feedback that the documents has been send to Germiston, at on time he was told that the documents went missing, he had to re submit. He had handed in the UI19 form 5 times. I personally went there and hand in a copy of the UI19 to Ainsley, I have handed it in yet again today, and now it is going to Germiston again.

This is a joke, how long will in still go on.

I think it is time that a proper investigation is done, all is not in order at that Department

I submitted all my documents to the uif offices in brakpan on die 31 of march 2014. I have been there twice already anx still no feedback. Today when I f
phoned to follow up up again I get told that my documents are still oustanding....

they took all my original and it was loaded, now I get told it was send to germiston. They are not answering The phones at all and no one is responding to any emails.
im still unemployed and need that money. Please help
