UIF not paying out and no service
Good day. I have registered my U Filing on the 14/10/2015 and submitted my UIF claim. They told me that everything is in order. It is the 23/11/2015 already and still no payout. When I go on the U filing site it states that they have not done anything yet from day of submission. I have phoned out all the little money I had, trying to find out what is going on, bit nobody in the call center not even a supervisor is answering their phones. What is going on with this? I need my payout to be done urgently. I thought that we pay UIF for making sure that we have funds while we don't have work, until we get a new job, bit this is not the case. It seems that you pay the UIF for nothing, just to pay people salaries at UIF offices to do no work at all. I need someone to sort this out and communicate with me when it will be paid out in the next day or 2. Let me know must we take this further or will this be sorted urgently.
