My son is 18 months old and I receive only one of my 3 mot I contacted them again just to be informned that my claim was calculated incorrectly and they have to recalculate is manually. My claim was not recalculated up to date. After going to the Bloemfontein offices they manage to get one month paid. Up to date I still did not receive payment for the other two months of unemplayment. I kept all means of communicationd and have several emails were I contacted several people with assistance but no one can assist.. MY EMAILS JUST GETS IGNORED. After my previous complaint I was contacted an an agent was appointed to sort out my claim. After supplying all the exstra documentation that was requested, the agent informned me that my claim was approved and He provided me with a lump sum for my 3 months of uneployment that will be settled.
