It has now been 7 months and I have not received a single payment on my UIF TERS. My company has made the applications and most staff have been paid and received their 5th payment but I have not received a cent. I have even checked my status today and it still says application not processed yet, and has been so for the past 7 months.

It has been 7 months and I have still not received a single cent from UIF TERS while other employees have now received their 5th payment. My company has stressed in truth that my application was sent same as others without any further errors or omissions and whenever it was returned unpaid it was resolved accordingly. My company has informed me my last status is "verifying bank details" and this has been so for many months now. My company also employed the services of a qualified consultant a few months ago to check and verify that all employee applications were correct and met the requirements as demanded by UIF TERS. He then did the submission himself in that month. Yet with all this my bona fide, rightful and genuine claim has still not been paid and I have been a UIF contributor for some 32 years. I ask for that which is rightfully mine, my TERS payment.
